How do I pay for homecare services?

At this time, we are able to provide services which can be paid for directly by the person receiving care and/or their family member(s), which is commonly referred to as “private pay.”

We are also able to accept clients who participate in certain PA state waiver programs. and those who receive VA benefits.

When is payment due?

All payments are due on their respective due dates.

How do I apply for a waiver program?

Maximus, the PA Independent Enrollment Broker (IEB), handles the enrollment process for all waiver programs.

Once a person is approved for the CHC Waiver Program, the Managed Care Organization (MCO) that you select during the enrollment process will contact you to begin services.  

Does "home care" mean you're taking care of my house?

No. We take care of you by providing services inside your home that help maintain your well being.

Can you only get home care in a private residence?

Home care services can be provided wherever you consider home to be. Whether it be in a private residence, a senior living community, or while staying with a friend or family member.

How do I know your employees are safe?

Every employee is screened and required to have a background check done prior to being assigned to work with any client.
