PA Department of Human Services Direct Care worker training: If you are not a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or a Home Health Aide (HHA), please click on the following link and go through the PA Department of Human Services Direct Care worker training. If you are already a CNA or HHA you will be expected to complete and pass a competency test in person, as part of the interview process.

      Requirements:

• Dependable
• At least 18 years old
• Pass a competency test
• Good time management
• Ability to travel to client homes
• Have a physical dated within 1 year
• Pass a background check prior to employment
